Is the journal suitable for children under 6 or over 10?
Yes. Children outside the 6–10 range can still benefit, but they may use it differently. Younger children (under 6) may need more guidance from an adult to help with reading prompts or completing activities. Older children (over 10) can use the journal independently and often enjoy reflecting at a deeper level. The core practices, breathing, gratitude, and simple emotional check-ins, are helpful across a wide age range.
