3. Products and Availability

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, sizing and appearance may vary slightly due to screen differences or individual production variations.

Some items, including clothing, drinkware, totes and certain accessories, are made to order especially for you once your purchase is placed. These items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Details are included on each product page and within our Refunds & Returns policy..

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP.

We may update prices from time to time.
The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout at the time you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Ordering and Contract of Sale

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgment does not form a contract.

A contract is formed when your order is accepted and processing begins.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if:

  • there is an error in pricing or product information
  • the order cannot be fulfilled
  • we suspect fraudulent activity

You will be refunded in full if your order is cancelled before production or dispatch.

6. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product.

  • Journals: printed and shipped within normal production times.
  • Made-to-order items (clothing, drinkware, totes, accessories): created specifically for you and dispatched once produced.
  • Wholesale and bulk orders: produced after full payment unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Our full Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Please review it here: themindfulexplorer.co.uk/refund_returns/

7.1 Consumer orders (individual purchases)

For individually purchased journals (up to 4 copies per order) and non–made-to-order items, customers have:

  • a 14 day legal cooling-off period after receiving the order
  • a 30 day returns period for unused journals in original condition

Made-to-order items (clothing, drinkware, totes, accessories) cannot be returned for size, colour, or change of mind, as these items are created individually for each order.
Faulty items will always be replaced.

7.2 Bulk, wholesale, and trade orders

Orders of 5 or more copies, or any order placed for resale, are supplied on a firm-sale basis and are nonreturnable unless items arrive damaged or defective.

Wholesale customers must inspect deliveries promptly and report damage within 7 days.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected:

  • contact us within 7 days
  • include photos and your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
This applies to both consumer and wholesale orders, though wholesale orders receive replacement copies rather than refunds.

9. Made-to-Order Items

Some products are created specifically for your order.
These include all clothing, hoodies, t-shirts, drinkware, totes, and other accessories.

Made-to-order items are:

  • produced especially for you
  • nonreturnable unless damaged or faulty

This requirement is highlighted on product pages, in the checkout notice, and in our Refund and Returns Policy.
